My approach to therapy comes from a place of compassion and understanding. I will help you feel supported and understood so that you can feel comfortable talking openly.
We will talk about the challenges you are facing now, and we will talk about how your past has affected your current emotions, behaviors, and beliefs. I will help you make connections and identify beliefs and patterns that might be keeping you stuck, and we will work together on changing unhelpful beliefs and patterns.
I will also help you learn strategies for coping with uncomfortable feelings and difficult situations. Through therapy, you can identify and change any relationship patterns that are no longer working for you and improve communication with the important people in your life.
Over the course of therapy, you will understand yourself on a deeper level and grow in self-compassion and confidence. You will feel calmer and happier, and you will make progress toward the life you want.
