Life's challenges can feel overwhelming, whether you're an adult struggling to prioritize your own well-being, a teen navigating anxiety, or a parent concerned about your child's academic performance.

You don't have to face this alone.

My Approach to Therapy

Many of my clients struggle with not feeling good enough. They put everyone else’s needs ahead of their own, and asking for what they want feels nearly impossible. This can lead to stress, anxiety, and depression. I help adults and teens feel more confident and secure in who they are so they can break the cycle of self-doubt and start enjoying life again.

I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I use psychodynamic therapy to help you understand how your past experiences are affecting you now. You will recognize unhelpful patterns and develop healthier ways to connect with yourself and others. I also incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to give you practical skills to manage difficult emotions and experience relief. This integrated therapy approach gives you the insight to understand your patterns and the practical tools to create meaningful, long-lasting change.

My Approach to Psychological Testing

I offer comprehensive testing for children, teens, and adults who have learning disorders (such as dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia), ADHD, autism, and mental health conditions. I frequently work with individuals who are twice-exceptional (2e), meaning they are gifted and also have learning or developmental differences.

During the testing process, I work closely with clients and their families to uncover the root causes of their challenges in school, work, emotions, and relationships. Fully understanding yourself or your child is an essential first step in getting the right treatment and support.

I strongly believe in early identification and intervention for children who are struggling in school or at home. Understanding and addressing challenges early, when the brain is most adaptable, can profoundly impact a child’s long-term development. When children receive the right treatment from the start, they are less likely to struggle with frustration and self-doubt and more likely to reach their true potential.
